Opportunity Assessment

The methodology was developed by Oleksandr Koretskiy from long-term engineering, project and consulting practice and formalized for systematic analysis of technical, technological and business problems.

The purpose is not to prove that an idea is good or to produce the largest possible report. It is to show what is known, what is not known, where the critical constraints are and which next step can materially change the decision.

— technical and physical plausibility;

— market, analogues and prior art;

— resources and constraints;

— critical unknowns;

— conditions that would change or stop the direction;

— the smallest decision-relevant next step.

The result is a decision map: what is supported, what remains an assumption, which contradictions matter and what should be verified next.
