Authorial methodology
The methodology was developed by Oleksandr Koretskiy from long-term engineering, project and consulting practice and formalized for systematic analysis of technical, technological and business problems.
Sources of options
— separate conflicting requirements in time or space;
— change architecture;
— redistribute functions;
— use internal resources;
— replace the physical mechanism;
— use control instead of a permanent regime;
— remove an element or operation;
— combine functions;
— change scale or sequence.
Quality over quantity
The goal is not dozens of ideas but several fundamentally different options with an explainable mechanism that can be verified.
